We are alive!
Hi guys, EverildWolfden here. I'm afraid that for many, many months this group has been allowed to slide under the radar. I probably haven't been on Deviantart for at least a year due to personal issues (I won't go into too much detail, but being made redundant was part of it).
Firstly, I want to say - this group is not dead. Secondly, I want to thank all contributors who have helped keep it running in the absence of the admins. I am now making it a personal task to check in regularly and approve submissions and requests on a regular basis - there will no longer be any fear of them expiring. I will be looking into the active status of contibutors and admin, and also I will be looking into what rights of access I have in order to make a stronger team of contributors and admin. Not much of an update I know, but something is better than nothing!!

How long have you been on DeviantArt? I've ctually been here for 10 years, but my previous account got hacked and I had to start again.
What does your username mean? Everild is the original form of my own name, Averil. It comes from the Anglo-Saxon 'Eofor' (Boar') and Hild ('battle' or 'warrior'). Wolfden is the name I chose for my Tudor persona in the SCA.
Describe yourself in three words. Creative, varied and insane!
Are you left or right handed? Dexter. (right!)
What was your first deviation? My very first upload, on my old account, was a traditional painting of a parrot, I think.
What is your favourite type of art to create? Oh, tough choice! Either digital or cross-stitch (artisan)
If you could instantly master a different art style, what would it be? Traditional. I would kill to be able to actually draw properly!!

What type of art do you tend to favourite the most? Anything that inspires me!
Who is your all-time favourite deviant artist? Too tough to choose - I thend to follow people who inspire me or who create amazing stock art.
If you could meet anyone on DeviantArt in person, who would it be? EVERYONE!
How has a fellow deviant impacted your life? Everyone has - simply by producing their own art, it's inspired and encouraged me to push my limits and grow. Without DA, I don't think I'd be the artist I am today.
What are your preferred tools to create art? Computer, needle and thread!
What is the most inspirational place for you to create art?I tend to create in front of the computer at home, if it's a digital piece. I would say the place isn't important, but my frame of mind is. I have to have the right atmosphere, and I generally create that by listening to music.
What is your favourite DeviantArt memory? Getting my first DD!
